It was the special day of Holly’s birthday in December when Adam Peaty unveiled his “H” tattoo, which left everyone mesmerized with their love for each other. Their profound affection was also evident when the Uttoxeter native secured his place for the Paris Olympics 2024, with Holly Ramsay cheering him on. She later expressed her emotions in a heartfelt Instagram post. At the same event, the two-time Olympian also got candid about his depression and alcoholism and is now back in the pool with a rekindled passion for swimming.

During this dark phase, it was Gordon Ramsay himself who inspired the world champion swimmer at the time. In a statement given to The Sunday Times about Sr. Ramsay’s dedication and professionalism, he said, “When I see that, I’m like, ‘Yeah, why can’t I work like this? Why can’t I do this every single day?” That is how he got mentored by the father of his girlfriend unexpectedly, and he started taking it one day at a time.
