The US’s retired swimming Star Michael Phelps has multiple accolades to his name, amazing the world with his exceptional skills. His accomplishments in the sports world shine like gold and galvanize billions. After establishing himself as the “GOAT” of swimming with 28  Olympic medals, the 38-year-old, Phelps has now thrilled the fans with his recent revelation.

Like other legendary athletes, including Matthew Fitzpatrick, Katie Taylor, and Gary Player, a long-term mental health advocate, Michael, has also joined the digital media platform, aiming to inspire the world.

Taking to his Instagram handle, swimming legend Michael Phelps made the biggest announcement, joining the star athlete lineup.  Phelps has now united with a digital media program “AirWayz.” It is a platform where the most determined come together to elevate their skills both on and off the field. Posting with a small video clip, Phelps shared the details, captioning the post, “I’ve officially joined @airwayzofficial to bring you my personal stories, training routines, and how I tackle mental health and swimming head-on. It’s about sharing the real me to motivate and guide you.”

After experiencing a mental health crisis during his career, Michael Phelps has always been vocal about mental health concerns. He has previously stated, “It saves lives,” emphasizing the significance of talking about mental health for athletes. He keeps advocating for mental health awareness. And now, he is all set to counsel over battling against mental health crisis through Airways.

The recent video features Phelps, remarking, “I felt like I was all alone, I’m the only person going through it. But the more that I opened up and talked about it, I realized there are so many people going through the same exact thing that we’re just almost afraid of becoming vulnerable and going through it.” Apart from that, Michael will also share notable swimming advice through this platform. Phelps urged fans to join his channel, mentioning, “Don’t miss out — swing by AirWayz and follow my channel.”

Some well-known athletes have also shared their invaluable advice with the candidates joining AirWayz. Irish boxer and former footballer Katie Taylor taught the art of defensive boxing, providing significant tips such as “stay balanced, be mindful of the counter, and master the roll under hooks,” as every move counts in the ring.
