In the IG post, Cody Miller spoke highly of Katie Ledecky’s humane sides. He explained his meeting with the Olympic Gold medalist when she was at the brink of the pre-event moments. But that couldn’t stop Katie Ledecky from greeting Cody and his 2-year-old son, Axel. Talking about Katie Ledecky’s confidence, Cody explained that he never preferred to have a conversation with anyone in his pre-swimming event moment of 30 minutes. But he was awestruck after watching her confidence level on the eve of the 2023 US Trials at Indianapolis. After defying that kind of 30-minute ritual, Katie went on to win the gold medal in that trial.

Katie Ledecky has been keeping Michael Phelps in high regard since she got to know about the Baltimore Bullet. This journey started when Katie was just 9 years old. At that age, she even tried to get the swimming legend’s autograph when she queued to see him once in a swimming clinic. However, she had to wait several years to get Michael Phelps’s autograph. But the waiting seemed to come out nicely when Katie Ledecky shared the same screen with Michael Phelps before the London Olympics.

The London Olympics proved Katie’s contention to be GOAT firmly. But the 26-year-old swimming phenomenon was happy to win the gold before her idol, Michael Phelps.
