On December 8, the Australian short course swimming champion gave out his fans enough information to be in the Cody Simpson fever. In a live video streaming on IG, Simpson announced that he will release his ultimate zeitgeist song in a new wrap on his birthday anniversary.

The IG video went live with the caption, “On My Mind (Forever Version) out January 11th.” To raise the fan love to a new height, the jovial swimmer put on a show by singing the song for a few minutes. The down-to-memory-lane moments

The obviousness of the fanfare was expected as the song already passed a long time, keeping its fans in the loop. Moreover, Cody Simpson conceded that his new version would be in the piano cords, keeping many fans’ wedding ceremonies in mind. So riding on that part, a fan posted, “This would be an amazing wedding song”. On that estimate, another fan conceded, “I can’t believe we’re all grown to be married now and have our teen music years playing at the wedding”.. Soon after that, the love reached the air, as one fan penned, “sing on my wedding.”

The nostalgic fans joined in the moment. One such fan, Chelsa & Vincent uttered, “Over here tearing up…so so beautiful!! Love that it’s called the “Forever” Version!”. The fresh addition didn’t go off the hook as this time, Cody Simpson weeded out the tempo version of the previous avatar. So that echoed in ggdomingues’ post of, “On My Mind Forever Version is sooooo precious! The voice, the instrumentals, it’s amazing!!!!! Thanks to come back”. But ultimately the waiting was long and the brewing level was high. So, debichiii’s comment of “been here since “so much more than cody simpson…..” seemed natural.
