With his sheer dedication and passion, he rose from rags to riches. With his astonishing $90 million worth, he is undeniably one of the wealthiest athletes on earth. Surely with the crazy amount, the star athlete makes a lot of investment. Thus, back in 2018, when he was asked about the one property in London, he wanted to invest in. The sprinter had his answer ready.
Usain Bolt and his desire for the Buckingham Palace
A man of few words; it’s very rare when fans get to hear from the legend himself. Thus, when Bolt sat for an interview in 2018, with the Evening Standard, he spoke his heart out. For the unversed, Usain earns a whopping $20 million annually. Hence, understandably he makes investments in properties.

Thus when asked, “London property you’d most like to buy?” he took everyone by surprise. The ace sprinter was quick to reply, “Buckingham Palace.” It seemed perhaps the fastest man on the earth was quite smitten by his pal, Prince Harry’s ancestral home.
Though the possibility of Bolt buying the $4.9 billion royal Palace stands wholly ruled out. But there’s no harm in having fancy dreams and whimsical wishes. However, if ever Bolt and Harry meet again, the Jamaican sprinter can bring up his proposal again. If not buying it, a sleepover at Buckingham Palace would surely be fun!
