A video was posted by NBC on their NBC Olympics & Paralympics Twitter handle with the caption, “Noah Lyles switching from the 200m to 100m is like “trying to eat with your left hand if you’re right-handed.” There was an expert panel featuring the Trinidadian former Olympic medalist Ato Boldon and the former American track and field athlete Trey Hardee. In this particular video, their host Ahmed Fareed talks about Noah Lyles while giving references to his three world championships this year.

He has figured out the 100, and for somebody who, as gifted as he is in the 200, this is something which I explain it to people by saying this is like trying to eat with your left hand if you’re right-handed.”
