A massive chunk of his retirement savings was lost to a financial scam that impacted him and several others in Jamaica. For those unversed, Bolt, along with 30 others, has been majorly hit by the Stocks and Securities Limited (SSL) scam. Allegedly owing the fraudulent money case, Bolt has lost nearly $10 million. As the recovery looks questionable, investigations are underway.

SSL lost more than $1.2 billion after an employee assisted an outside wealth advisor. Bolt, who opened his account in 2012, had earlier confirmed that he was been robbed of $9,998,000, leaving with just $2,000. As the case is being monitored and investigated closely, it is expected that all his queries will soon be answered.
