This American sprinter is the youngest woman in history to hold Olympic and world titles in an individual track event. Recently, the star was seen enjoying a new sport with fellow track and field comrades like Tara Davis and others. She showed up at the NFL match between the Baltimore Ravens and the Los Angeles Chargers game on Sunday night at the SoFi stadium. Interestingly, as she graced her presence in the stands, she also received a prestigious honor at the stadium.

Track and Field star Athing Mu received an honor at an NFL game

The track and field community was filled with pride after one of their brightest stars Athing Mu was honored at the game of Ravens and Chargers. She was given the rare honor of firing the cannon for the chargers. She was joined by her fellow sprinters Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall. All of them were the loudest cheerers for their favorite team.

The NBC Olympics & Paralympics shared a video on their X account, where they announced the achievements of Mu. She was seen posing, smiling and waving at the camera, all while donning a white sando and a black jacket. The caption to this post carried, “Two-time Olympic gold medalist Athing Mu was honored at last night’s Sunday Night Football game at SoFi Stadium”.

Interestingly, while posing for the lens with her fellow compatriots she gave an intriguing message to her fandom.

As the video progressed, she can be seen enjoying various nooks and crannies of football on in the field. In the conclusion she stated, “Saturday Night football is incredible. Everyone here is to rally to go for their teams and just cheer on cheer on cheer on.

Neverthelss, Ravens trounced Chargers by the score of 20-10 and withthier win and 9-3 record they climbed to the top of AFC standings.
