Recently, Track Spice shared a clip of Tyson Gay in which he is shared about launching his new eBook titled, ‘10 Must Have Tips To Train Like A World Class Athlete.’ He urged all runners, “whether you’re doing masters, high school, getting ready for the Olympics,” to drop a comment if they want to get access to the eBook. The three-time world Olympian champion, through his eBook, is sharing his expertise and experience with aspiring runners. The eBook will provide valuable insights and make his knowledge accessible to a wider audience. It is also available for download on his website runwithtyson.com.

Tyson Gay, who is a retired American track and field sprinter renowned for his 100-meter and 200-meter races, holds a personal best of 9.69 seconds.
