Ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024, Noah Lyles has almost earned everything to declare him the ultimate favorite for the event’s title. His endeavor in this year’s WAC gave him not just three gold medals, but also an assurance that he wanted, even after claiming the 200m world championship previously.

Noah’s 100m love affair in track found its full showdown, this time in the Budapest World Athletics Championship. That made the legendary Olympian and the chief of World Athletics, Sebastian Coe, term his prowess as “outstanding performances in our sport”. After that, it was only his fans’ love that could fill out Noah Lyles’ wish list for 2023. The auspicious night of December 11 embarked to do that.

The Monaco arena held six athletes this year to garland them as the best ones in 2023. Noah Lyles earned the World Athletes of the Year title, whereas he was paired with Faith Kipyegon, the same title winner in the women’s event. However, the platform witnessed Noah tucked in a white suit, accompanied by his partner, Junelle Bromfield. Later, the reigning world champion took to his Instagram to drop his gala night appearance.

However, Noah Lyles couldn’t hide his disbelief after watching himself being one of the best athletes of the year, not the only best. The spearhead athletic body decided to award the best men and female expertise from the track, road running, and field section.

That late modification was unknown to Noah Lyles. So, he wrung out, “Everybody was caught off guard, especially when we heard our names being called one after another. It was a little confusing as to what was actually happening.”.

But it seems, for Noah Lyles’ fans, it is difficult to even imagine Noah not emerging as the winner despite being present at an event, be it on or off the field. That very sentiment made them compare Lyles and the pop sensation Kanye West.

Fans rate the sprinting phenom

Who can forget Kanye West’s Grammy speech? After his win, West said, “What I would do if I didn’t win… I guess we’ll never know.” The statement seems to reflect the inevitability of West’s win. Taking a cue from that, one fan just mentioned the statement by West, probably boasting that if Lyles is present, he will take away the win!

The user account, sam_lheritier also framed the same commotion that confused the night. “Noah you are lucky ! Because from 2023 world athletics decide to separate field and track !! If not Mondo all day” was his best chuckle to the moment. But the user, onyxorigin batted for Noah’s high chance of winning glories in 2024. So his suggestion cum comment read, “Keep that other hand free for 2024″. But the former Olympian, Roxroy Cato assembled the best tone in his comment, “you earned that brother keep breaking the status quo”. Noah Lyles might not differ from that.
