Daniel Perez saw them together three times within a couple of hours. The first time he saw them was in a McDonald’s store near the Danubius Helia Hotel. In the second sighting, they are alone in a park, engrossed in deep conversation. Both Sha’Carri Richardson and Christian Coleman were allegedly oblivious to the people around them and only cared about each other.

The following day, Daniel Perez came up to Sha’Carri Richardson and Christian Coleman to ask for a picture. After the click, Perez asked the 23-year-old sprinting icon, ” wasn’t that you at McDonald’s last night?” Sha’Carri Richardson denied the claim to suggest that Perez had mistaken someone else for her. This denial only fueled Perez’s curiosity, who questioned if the two athletes had really begun dating. He had expected his post to go viral and also gain a lot of positive reactions from the fans.
