Continuing, “She won?t be competing in 200m despite her entry. SFP is attempting to win an unprecedented 6th World title in the 100m and will also be a part of the 4?100m relay team.” By withdrawing from the 200m race, she is channeling her energy toward securing her 6th world title in the 100m event. Furthermore, the event is set to begin on August 19 in Budapest, with over 2,000 athletes. Presenting more than 200 countries set to compete in 49 events.

The 36-year-old sprint sensation’s dedication is clear as she sidelines the 200 meters race to focus entirely on achieving history in the shorter sprint. But if not, Richardson, then who will be competing with Fraser-Pryce?
