While the Kentucky Wildcats have their hands on the conference championship, they still remain a step away from exclusive bragging rights. It may have to share the title with someone else unless it wins its next match. However, the way Kentucky Wildcats smashed the Razorbacks, they may not face many problems in their next match either.

The Wildcats displayed amazing defensive flair against the Arkansas Razorbacks as they put a strict check on their attack. Tightening the screws from the very first set, Kentucky deprived Arkansas of crossing the 20-point mark in sets one and two. In fact, the Razorbacks failed to score even 15 points in the second set.

Arkansas regrouped for the third set, got their act together, and fought the Kentucky Wildcats with renewed vigor. The Razorbacks managed to almost win the third set and forced a deuce as well. However, Kentucky proved to be too strong for them to overpower, as the 26th point eluded their grasp.
