Nebraska Huskers have always succeeded in keeping up with the spectators’ expectations. The team has performed exceptionally well on the court, and made it to the 2023 NCAA regional finals. Interestingly, Nebraska Huskers are now looking forward to lock horns with the top-seeded Wisconsin Badgers.

Despite defeating opponents along the way to make it to the NCAA semifinals, Nebraska Huskers are yet to compete with arch-rival Wisconsin Badgers. But, this time, the spotlight is not on Nebraska for its recent win or loss but on the team for imitating the celebration moves used by one of its key players.

How does Laney Choboy Celebrate?

Multiple players use different techniques to flaunt their celebrations after winning the showdown. Similarly, Nebraska Huskers recently took to Big Ten Volleyball’s Twitter handle to share the exceptional moves of their teammate Laney Choboy. They Penned, “We’re living for more LaneyChoboy celly’s.”

In the same tweet, Nebraska Huskers’ poured light on how their teammate celebrates after a win or clinching some points, “Then you have that one where she walks around, and she takes points. There’s always a walk-off…She always, like you know, takes laps. Make sure she gets everyone into it, You know? Lika, a yeah! Like literally everything, chest bumps, all of that. She’s Shes’s got it all.”

Laney Choboy, 5-3 freshman, plays as a Libero at Nebraska Huskers. In the last quarterfinal showdown against team Arkansas, Laney Choboy displayed exceptional moves as she secured four digs alone in the match. However, the most crucial semifinal showdown has yet to commence.

Semifinal showdown

Nebraska Huskers have paved their way to the semifinals by overcoming intense competition. The team defeated LIU 3-0, Missouri 3-0, Georgia Tech 3-0 and Arkansas 3-1. Today, Nebraska Huskers will be competing against the NO. 6 Pittsburgh Panthers in the semifinal showdown.

Notably, the semifinal showdown will decide Nebraska Huskers’ fate at the NCAA Volleyball Championship. A win would help the team to secure a berth at the showdown.
