The Nebraska Kearney Lopers boast a brilliant 2023 season record of 28-5 and have dominated almost all their opponents on the court. A recently uploaded tweet highlighted a major milestone crossed by the Lopers as their regular season comes to an end. In fact, their stellar season record helped them exalt a highly valuable streak that the program has maintained for over two decades.

Nebraska Kearney Lopers reaches a grand milestone

The Nebraska Kearney Lopers Women’s Volleyball team consists of a very formidable roster. The Lopers maintained a perfect home record in 2023 and posted 12 consecutive home turf wins. UNK Athletics, the umbrella sports page on X of the University of Nebraska-Kearney tweeted about a grand milestone reached by the Lopers. The tweet carried the caption, “Congratulations to @UNKvolleyball for making it to the NCAA tournament 24 years in a row.” 

The tweet was made after it was announced that the UNK Lopers have clinched a postseason spot yet again. The Lopers posted an 8-match and a 12-match winning streak in the season and constantly tormented other teams with their skill.
