The Boilermakers become the Spoilermakers

The women of Wisconsin were in a wobbly spot after a fresh defeat against the Penn State Nittany Lions. The Purdue Boilermakers exploited this lack of momentum to become the Spoilermakers for Wisconsin as they registered a flamboyant victory. Purdue Volleyball proudly announced the win of its team via a sharp tweet from its official X account. The tweet carried the caption, “Determination and heart.”

The Wisconsin Badgers started the match with a first-set victory but failed to capitalize on their advantage and lost two sets in succession. While the Badgers tried to make a comeback and equalized the score to 2-2, they failed to claim the final set of the match.
