American Winter Olympics star Shaun White has been rigorously training for the trials of the upcoming 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. Notably, the 35-year-old is aiming for what would be his fifth appearance on the big stage.

Shaun is one of the most decorated American snowboarders, courtesy of his history with the sport. He has secured three Olympic gold medals in his successful career in the snow.

Shaun White shows off his insane training for the Olympic berth

Shaun has been training in Switzerland for the upcoming American Olympic trials for Beijing Winter Olympics 2022. The trials will begin in three weeks from now, and Shaun looks ready for battle already. His competitors will have to work twice as hard, as the American star will be a tough one to beat.

Posting a video of his training, Shaun wrote, “Been putting in work for this upcoming season. I can’t believe the Olympic qualifying is only three weeks away!”

Shaun has been dominating the Winter Olympics for over a decade now and is still unstoppable. He further wrote, “So proud to still be competing in a sport I love and excited at the chance to represent @TeamUSA for the 5th time possibly!! To everyone that has watched me over the years, thank you for the love and support because here we go again 🇺🇸.”

While he might be 35-years-old, and people assume it would get tough for him to balance in the snow, Shaun continues to prove that age is just a number.

Fifth Olympics’ goal is fun and fulfilling for Shaun

In an interview, Shaun revealed how every Olympics is a different experience for him. He said, “Every Olympics presents a new challenge and it’s fun and it’s fulfilling. It’s so fulfilling to learn a new trick and have a goal. There’s ups and downs. It’s living. It’s great and usually there’s something amazing at the end, win or lose. I’m excited about the journey of it all.”
