Amit Elor ended her 72 kg final bout in less than half a minute and won her third world title of the year at the U23 World Championships. Now, the Russian-American ace is readying something else besides the turkey for the Thanksgiving feast.

In the video, Amit Elor can be seen incorporating various exercises with Aviv Elor. The latter works as a Doctor of Computational Media and has extended his expertise to wearable robotics. His knowledge serves as a valuable asset for the wrestling ace who depends on his data-driven feedback.

In the fun video set to an upbeat song ?Free Fallin? by Tom Petty, the two engaged in a mock battle. In one portion of the clip, she used Aviv Elor as a wrestling apparatus and lifted him up on her back. Amit Elor felt she deserved the cheat meal after this grueling workout and relished every bite in the Thanksgiving celebrations. Moreover, this grueling exercise stoked her hunger and unveiled the hard work that goes into making a world champion.

After the U17 World Championships in 2019, Amit Elor said, ?There’s so much work involved that leads up to the competition. There’s a lot of pressure and I want to do my best and I have high expectations for myself. When you go out there and you wrestle it seems so short and easy but that’s just the result of all the work leading up to the competition?. Thus, behind those lightning-fast moves that trounced all rivals in the world wrestling championships lie hours of hard work on the mat.

Amit Elor teamed up with six-time world champion Adeline Gray in California for the U23 Worlds that took place in October. This she has termed as ?perfect preparation? for the upcoming wrestling meets which includes the Olympic Games in 2024.
