USA?s Elite Triple Threat Freestyle Wrestlers Make History by Clinching Gold in U23 Wrestling World Championship

History has been made at the U23 World Wrestling Championship. After the upset of last year, Team USA has bounced back stronger than ever. Not just bettering themselves, but even more. Keegan O?Toole (74 kg), Aaron Brooks (86 kg) and Wyatt Hendrickson (125 kg) are the three elite wrestlers who have ended their final run of the championship with gold. It is the first time in the USA wrestling history that the USA has more than one U23 Champion.

Team USA is one of the top-seeding teams in the standings with three gold runs. With the bronze of Jacob Cardenas, the position at the championship has strengthened. Wyatt Hendrickson took a quick lead, which was followed by an explosive offence over his opponent winning by a technical fall with 13-3. The triple threat was electric on the mat, not just winning it but dominating it. Going down in the history of USA wrestling and strengthening the position and bettering it from the last championship.

The overall performance of the freestyle wrestlers of Team USA has been impressive with every wrestler contributing to the top standings in the championship.
