American Rodeo News: Luke Bryant Reveals Star-Studded Music Lineup for Highly Anticipated Western Weekend

The American Western Weekend has grown to be one of the much-loved rodeos and not just because of the athletic entertainment it offers. Animal sports have long been a symbol of Western culture deeply rooted in the traditions of communities. The American Rodeo has proceeded to celebrate this very spirit with its musical entertainment, equine performances, and sports. Thus, calling upon the love and attention of thousands.

Hailed as The Crown Jewel of Rodeo, the event today is all prepared to make its appearance for the weekend. Alongside the conventional celebrations of sports, the enthusiasts this year will get to witness an impressive artist line-up, led by the ‘Country Girl’ singer, Luke Bryan.

American Rodeo announces exciting news

In November last year, American Rodeo revealed Luke Bryan would be headlining the Western Weekend on the 8th and 9th of March. Until now, the country star was the sole big thing gracing the electric stages of Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. For, two days before the big event, Bryan joined the organization in unveiling Post Malone to be chiming in on the celebrations. “Luke Bryan leads a star-studded music lineup at The American Western Weekend, but what if it could be amped up another notch with the ULTIMATE big star?” the post teased before the big reveal.

“His energy and drive are very much aligned with the passion that The American Rodeo provokes with rodeo fans and athletes,” the Teton Ridge CEO said. The Grammy Award nominee has recently stepped in to explore country music and has eventually placed “Pickup Man,” on the Billboard charts. His new form will prove to be a perfect presentation for the rodeo enthusiasts awaiting entertainment.

The duo will further be joined by Aaron Watson, Alli Walker, and Ghost Hounds across two days. As they light up the stage, the best of the nation’s rodeo stars will take the grounds to present their excellence.

Stars to light the ground

The American Rodeo tournament runs throughout the year to fetch the top 5 athletes in each event. Barrel racing, Team roping, Breakaway roping,  Tie-down roping, Steer wrestling, Saddle bronc riding, Bareback riding, and Bull riding will be the 8 disciplines hosting its top athletes. Amateurs or veterans, it will be the best man’s ground to prevail on the coveted stage.
