Nashville Stampede proudly announced today that they have signed nine-time World Finals qualifier Chase Outlaw in their late-season acquisition deal. Rodeo icon Chase Outlaw’s exceptional attributes
Tina Battock, the General Manager of the Nashville Stampede, spoke to PBR, saying, “Chase [Outlaw] is a man who puts hard work, loyalty and family above all else, which aligns perfectly with the Stampede’s philosophy”. She further explained that his “energy and grit” were the main reasons for locking down Outlaw in the roster. Battock wants to build the hardest team in the PBR, and none can be better than Chase Outlaw to do that. After all, not everyone gets called “The Toughest Athlete in Sports” by USA Today. That is a badge of honor that Chase Outlaw wears proudly and embodies with his lifestyle.

Every time he fell and injured himself, Outlaw got back up and continued his contention. With his resilience, the rodeo pro from Arkansas has reached the PBR World Finals nine times. Chase Outlaw first entered the elite bull riding world in 2012, and in the last eleven years, he has won the Unleash The Beast event seven times.

After winning multiple tournaments, the Oklahoma Freedom added him to their roster in 2022. During his time with the Freedom, Outlaw pulled off some of the most daring and jaw-dropping rides in PBR history. At one point, he even brought home the Winston-Salem with a career-first 90-point score. Quite surprisingly, this win came against his future squad from Nashville.

From rivalry to roster success
All through 2022, Chase Outlaw was the strongest vanguard for the Oklahoma Freedom. However, before the 2023 season began, the squad sidelined him. The team made this decision following two consecutive losses against Arizona and Texas. Outlaw had still produced three 90-point scores, but the humiliation was taking a toll on his performance.

In September, the magnificent athlete competed for the last time for the Freedom against Arizona and lost the match. Now, the Nashville Stampede selection has breathed new life into him.
His new team is poised to support Outlaw better as he strives to climb up the PBR rankings from his current 7th position. The rodeo fans can next see this superstar in Greensboro on September 22. He will try to help his new squad win the North Carolina leg of the PBR Camping World Team Series and justify his worth. The fans are definitely in for a treat with this maestro ready to make his way with his new team who was once his rival.
