One of the best platforms for skateboarding lovers is the skatepark hero competition by Tony Hawk. Like every year, even 2023 has witnessed the awe of skateboarding with a variety of skaters from different places. Tony Hawk, retired pro skateboarder, entrepreneur, and the owner of the skateboard company Birdhouse, has been incorporated with a plethora of philanthropic activities. Part of this, is the Tony Hawk Foundation which is now called The Skatepark Project.

The hero will be taking home a whopping amount of $10,000.

This year the Skatepark community has helped in raising an overwhelming amount of $768,498 for the skatepark project. This funding will be used in helping them to create safe and inclusive public stake parks in underserved communities. This project has a larger outlook and works for the benefit of so many skaters.
