Earlier, Fox News host Laura Ingraham commented on her show that she is not interested in hearing political advice from “someone who gets paid $100 million a year to bounce a ball.” Given that LeBron James is one of the most celebrated NBA players of all time. Reacting to this the fans didn’t take her remark lightly. Subsequently, the journalist received wide criticism on social media, including from the Olympic gold medalist Lindsey Vonn.

Lindsey Vonn slammed the journalist calling out on LeBron James and Kevin Durant

Standing in solidarity with LeBron James and Kevin Durant, Vonn replied, Laura Ingraham, you are the problem. What @drewbrees  said is ok but what @KDTrey5  and @KingJames  said is not. It’s time that you look at yourself in the mirror. #EqualityMatters #EqualRights”

It’s obvious from Vonn’s reply that she was quite furious about Laura’s comment. The skier highlighted that, as a citizen, every individual has the right to have a political opinion. However, it’s not the first time she stood up for fellow athletes. She has done that on countless occasions. Though, this time it was also about standing against something that she felt wasn’t right.
