In her latest Instagram post, Lindsey Vonn, the Olympic gold medalist, talks about how she has overcome multiple obstacles to get to where she is now. “I’m just a girl with a dream…From Buck Hill, Minnesota to the top of the highest mountains…“, highlights Vonn telling the tale of how anyone can make their wishes a reality. While she says she has faced many troubles along the way, she has reached the top. “I’ve been through my fair share of ups and downs but it was all worth it,” writes Vonn in her post.

While the two-time gold medalist in the World Championships talks about her mythical journey, she also has a few words of advice to parents to support them in giving their children the opportunities they need to make their lives worth talking about.
