Like Serena Williams, skiing legend Lindsey Vonn has been a dominant figure in the world of sports. Perhaps that is the reason they are such good friends. Apart from sports, Lindsey and Serena also have been two major style icons. Thus, it’s no surprise that they are on the list of sports illustrated’s 50 most fashionable females. Talking to SI, Serena said, “I always try to make a statement when I walk out on the court—to be bold and to be unique and to kind of transcend. I always try to send the message of just being confident and being fierce.”
