The American snowboarding legend, Shaun White, is currently enjoying his post-retirement life. It’s been over a month now since he bid farewell to the sport he has dominated for over 20 years. With all his fancy vacations and media appearances, it seems the Olympic champion is having a great time after saying goodbye to snowboarding.

Shaun White reveals how he got in touch with his younger self during lockdown
The lockdown during the pandemic brought different experiences for different individuals. On the two-year anniversary of COVID-19, along with other celebrities, Shaun White revealed how the pandemic changed his life forever.

The three-time Olympic gold medalist shared his thoughts with TODAY, who later shared it on their Instagram handle. In the message, Shaun wrote, “I was visiting my mom for mother’s day 2020 and was driving around neighborhood and saw a group of kids skateboarding this ramp. So I jumped out of the car and just started skating with them.”
This little experience must have brought back the childhood memories for Shaun when he was just a kid with a skateboard and a lot of dreams.

Post-retirement life
Going by his social media, the retired snowboarder is currently enjoying a vacation with his girlfriend, Nina Dobrev. Notably, traveling was always a part of his plan post-retirement. He has prepared the list of things he had wanted to do after retiring and now he is ticking things off that list one at a time.
