Megan Rapinoe is an American soccer legend. Having led from the front, Megan has an illustrious sporting career. She is the caption of the United States National Team and OL Reign of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). Megan received the prestigious Ballon d’Or Féminin for her contribution to the sport.

In the fun interaction, Biden,  Megan, and Jill are undoubtedly seen having fun. Biden takes a moment to appreciate Megan for her contribution. He further states that his granddaughter is a huge soccer fan. Speaking for himself, President Biden adds, “I was a pretty good athlete.”

When talking about the USWNT’s bronze medal match at the Tokyo Olympics, Joe Biden said he could not help but ask his granddaughter about her favorite moments. To which the little one replied, “When Carli scored from midfield, that was it.” Talking about her next favorite moment, She further added, “Then in the finals, Megan scored two goals that won the final round.”

Biden goes on to thank Megan for signing out tee, which he, in turn, gave to his granddaughter. He could not help but pop how it made her happy. Addressing Megan, he adds, “You’ve made me a hero.” 

The courage that Megan displays on the field is praiseworthy. Having led her team in winning many crucial matches, Megan Rapinoe is undeniably one of the best American women’s soccer players.
