The story behind Centr

In the Facebook post, Hemsworth described how he has always been involved with sports. His father had a huge hand in making sure that he grew up being influenced by an active lifestyle. Chris Hemsworth, in the caption, recalled, “Growing up, my dad would pack my brothers and me in the Kombi van to take the hour-and-a-half ride to the beach to surf. Surfing gave me an active lifestyle, but most importantly, it gave me the best memories with my family.”

Now, Hemsworth wants to carry forward the legacy of his father. and Centr has already helped him do that. Hemsworth revealed that the Centr community was active for 30 million minutes during the year, and Centr has already helped over 6000 kids realize their sports dream. Centr has helped kids access the sport that they love. Centr also has the goal to reach out to 37,000 kids in 2023. Hopefully, with the drive that he and his team have showcased, Centr will be able to complete this noble goal.
