This makes Slater not only a great surfer but also a great athlete of all time. The surfing world legend is rehashing old romances with Gisele Bündchen, but Kelly wouldn’t have any of it. While the ceremony for the Kelly Slater Sculpture Project was going on, November 17th, 2010 was announced as Kelly Slater Day. Another significant achievement was added to the decorated career of the legendary surfer. Slater shared this moment through his Instagram story.
