He covered a 159-foot putt and interestingly, at that time he was just learning to play golf and was new to this. Michael Phelps once shared a detailed insight on how once he faced an extremely unexpected situation on the golf course. He expressed, “A buddy and I were in one cart, and friends in another cart thought they could squeeze through this tight spot, and their car fell in the trap. It was so bad, in a very deep bunker.”
