One such Olympic entity made headlines with her new relationship status recently, which has a godly connection.

The 35-year-old former swimming champ from Australia, Stephanie Rice, has earned three golds at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. Since then, as her popularity surged, the year 2009 awarded her the Medal of the Order of Australia. But one thing the loyal Christian has always craved is a stable love relationship. However, according to recent news, she got someone heaven-sent.

In the same vein, when Rice miraculously crossed paths with her dream man, she recognized the signal of God. So, to immortalize the beautiful relationship she sports now, the Olympian took to her Instagram to address her fans, writing, “To those of you who are in a season of waiting for love…please wait, please be patient. A relationship blessed by God is the only love you want”. Towards the end of 2023, she wrapped up her life in Australia only to start a new journey overseas, in Dubai. Though the transition was nothing short of tough, she had said that it was a “calling from deep within”.

Her Instagram post caption further reads, “I know it can be tough to wait and you may be tempted to settle for short-term fills”. She paired up her enlightening caption with a video of them both dancing. Though the setting is black-and-white, her life isn’t monochrome anymore. Her post from a couple of weeks ago hints at some firsts.

Following an uncalled-for announcement of her shifting to Dubai came a post during the holiday season. Resorting to her Instagram, she shared an adorable snap with her man, Dane Christison, whom she met at a church in Brisbane. The caption read, “I never would have expected the year to end this way!!”
