Since 2005, Lenny Krayzelburg has opened many swimming academies in the United States. Krzelburg, through these swimming academies, has helped 40,000 plus children to become water-safe and learn structured swimming techniques. In light of this dedication, after 18 years, the swimmer has received an honor.

 Swimming Community gives Lenny Krayzelburg a special honor

On October 25, Swimming World posted a heartwarming update on X. According to the tweet “Olympic Gold Medal Swimmer Lenny Krayzelburg to Open Life Town Swimming Pool,” The athlete who represented the U.S.A. at two Olympics events will be honored with the ribbon cutting of the Life Town Pool.

This special honor comes for the athlete after he started his swimming academy, ‘SwimRight Academy Championship, with Lenny Krayzelburg.’ This academy, which is set up in various locations all across the United States, has taught thousands of kids to swim through unique learning techniques, including the swim-float-swim method.

This method, which includes getting on the back to breathe, helps the students gain confidence while ensuring safety in the pool. Now, after years of ensuring water safety for budding talents, Krayzelburg is set to inaugurate a new pool for the young swimmers. The pool has many interactive features and has zero-entry access.

Set to be inaugurated on October 25, the Life-Town pool possesses many top-notch features. Located in the 53,00 square foot Life Town in New Jersey, the pool has spray jets for aquatic therapy, a desert air system, and endless pool features that provide a current. In an interview, while highlighting the benefits of the new pool, Life Town CEO Rabbi Zalman Grossbaum said, “The joy on each child’s face when they play in the water is priceless. And having Lenny Krayzelburg here is the icing on the cake.”

Furthermore, Krayzelburg, who has dedicated years of his life to promoting water safety, also discussed the safe environment of this unique initiative by Life Town.”The Life Town pool provides a safe environment for children of all abilities to cultivate their swimming skills, and I’m excited to be part of the grand opening.” stated the 48-year-old in an interview.
