“I’m at a Loss for Words”: Mother of Michael Phelps Three Kids Opens up on Generational Trauma

Michael Phelps’s wife Nicole Phelps doesn’t hesitate to give her honest opinion. Recently, she gave her frank and unfiltered opinion on a boot camp by Parent TV in which she participated. Watching a video on parenting in this boot camp, Nicole Phelps was moved. Being a mother of three kids, Beckett, Boomer, and Maverick, Nicole could relate to this video.
Describing the topic of this video, Phelps’s wife made a strong statement on Instagram. The swimming legend’s wife also quoted the American therapist Terry Real on a problem that has existed in families and hinted at its solution.

Nicole Phelps opens up on her perspective on family pathology

In a recent Instagram post, Nicole stated, “I just want to thank Parent TV Sam and Vanessa for tonight’s boot camp.”  Further, moved by the video whose theme was Stumble as a Parent, she added, “I’m at a loss for words” 
Being influenced by this video, Nicole quoted Terry Real and captioned this post, “Family pathology rolls from generation to generation like a fire in the woods taking down everything in its path until one person, in one generation has the courage to turn and face the flames.”  Continuing, Nicole added, “That person brings peace to his ancestors and spares the children that follow.” 
Michael Phelps’s wife has not only opened up on her perspective about family pathology but has also spoken about her interactions with Beckett, Maverick, and Boomer. Despite being unprepared when she had her first kid, Boomer, she embraced her responsibilities like a mother would. Describing how she made her kids realize that they aren’t at fault if their father is disturbed, Nicole also gave fans a sneak peek of fond memories with her kids.

The mother stated, “I’m very vocal and making sure that the kids are aware that maybe Michael’s having a rough day and that (they) didn’t do something to make Daddy feel that way.” Continuing, she explained how she encouraged her kids to give Phelps time to deal with his problems.

Elaborating on how she motivated her three boys to express themselves clearly, Michael Phelp’s wife ensured that someone is always there with them. Posting a memorable picture where her kids were dressed up as green elves on Christmas, she said, “I love my little elves.” Nicole’s revelations are proof of how she is deeply influenced by the boot camp by Parent TV.
