The couple had an on-and-off relationship for a very long time. However, in 2016, they finally decided to never leave each other’s side. A pillar of strength

It’s been six years since Michael and Nicole have been married, and throughout their relationship, they’ve been each other’s constant pillars of strength. Recalling his journey with Nicole, the swimming legend said, “The coolest thing I think with our relationship is that we’ve been just been able to go through absolutely everything together. The good, the bad, and the ugly, privately and publicly, and I think that has made us so much stronger.”

Michael further added, “we’ve been able to grow as one another and just learn with each other how to communicate better and It’s been the coolest journey for me just being able to grow with somebody that loves so much and that has played a huge, significant role in my life for a long time.”
