Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympic athlete with 28 Olympic medals under his belt. He holds the record for the most number of Olympic gold medals in an individual event by winning 13 Gold medals. Phelps finally retired from the sport of swimming after the Rio Olympics. His comeback to the Rio Olympics after his retirement after the 2012 London Olympics stunned the world. He proved all his critics wrong by bouncing back from the lowest point of his life.

Michael Phelps recently shared a lot about golf on his Instagram account. He is an avid golfer. Phelps often speaks about golf and is very competitive in the sport. Recently taking to Instagram, he shared a video in which he is doing Deadlifts with a little jump. He captioned the video, “Learning this one should help in the golf course.” He tagged Keenan Robinson and thanked them for the workout.

As he prepares for his next life target of becoming better in golf, he inspires a generation of athletes. He set an example of how one should never settle in life and seek new goals after achieving their previous target. Recently, he participated in the Alfred Dunhill Championship.

Phelps continues to inspire

Through his Instagram account, Phelps motivates his fans to work out. With a series of Instagram posts, Michael showcases how he is still very motivated and dedicated to maintaining his fitness. Despite not being an active athlete, he is still a regular gym goer and a fitness freak.

He sets an example of being a role model as he passes down the idea of fitness to his family. His wife, Nicole Phelps, describing her workout routine, wrote that she lifts weights three times a week and swims or does yoga twice or thrice a week. Even his children enjoy swimming from a very young age.
