The alpine skiing legend, Lindsey Vonn may have retired from her sport, but she is hardly ever away from the industry. Through the years, Vonn has grown to present her keen enthusiasm for the sporting world in general. Tennis, NFL, or F1, the 4-time World Cup champion hasn’t forgone a chance to take it all in. This time around, as the Australian Open crowds the tennis world, the icon has stepped in once again.
On the 28th of January, Jannik Sinner etched history by defeating Daniil Medvedev in the Australian Open final. Lindsey Vonn, quick to catch up, wrote a congratulatory note for the youngster. “Congrats Jan!! So happy for you!! Without a doubt, best skier to win a grand slam,” Vonn wrote on her Instagram stories.
