While yesterday, US men showcased their track dominance, today, it was Jamaican women exhibiting the same. Defending women’s 100m World champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has once again proved why she has been dominating the track world for almost two decades now. In the 2022 World Athletics Championship in Oregon, the track legend led the Jamaican clean sweep in the 100m.

The Jamaican legend Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has won her fifth world championship title at the age of 35. A feat that makes her stand out in the list amongst the list of track GOATs. Subsequently, she finished with 10.67s on the clock, which is by far her fastest time ever. Behind her were her compatriot and Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah and Olympic bronze medalists Shericka Jackson.
