Usain Bolt, the greatest sprinter of all time, has some chart-topping versatility. Observing how he is using his post-retirement years is quite fantastic.

 When Bolt was a kid, he competed in sports events such as cricket and football. His coach was astonished to see Bolt’s super speed during the game. He then started motivating Bolt to give track and field a try. As years passed by, Bolt was seen gaining lightning speed. Even after his retirement, Bolt will not let you forget him through his music.

‘9.58 Riddim’ of Usain Bolt

The wait for Usain’s motivational piece is over now. Do you remember the time when Bolt completed his 100m in just 9.58 sec? Like the world, he is also obsessed with this. He was also seen wearing his headphone with this number scribbled on them.

Now Bolt has made an announcement for his new upcoming album titled ‘9.58.’ But, just like his world record, he also can not get enough of his achievements. Usain shared the announcement through an Instagram post. 

Lightning Bolt wrote in the caption, “Them think a Joke thing #958 Friday nah pass and we nuh scorch the place Riddim #NewMusic”

Usain’s post showed a video with a thunder and lightning sound in the background. There were 9.58 scribbled in golden colors and bold fonts. Some other artists like Vybz Kartel, Chronic Law, IWaata, Quada, Ajji, and Topmann were also mentioned there. The album will be produced by A-Team Lifestyle and consists of 6 songs. 

All those six songs’ names have been revealed. The album features Touch SkyMoney FastDifferentLevelsOwn Don, and Who Wi.

The first album of Usain and his love for music

This will not be the first time Usain will surprise his fans. The very first album Usain released was named Country Yutes. It was released in September 2021 on platforms like iTunes.

Once during an interview with Revolt, Usain was asked how he decided to make music. Usain replied, “Music is something that I love. You follow my career to track and field, I’m always dancing and I’m always just listening to music. It’s something that I wanted to do for a long time. So, in the pandemic, I had a chance because I was just in Jamaica — couldn’t do much. So, I was like, You know what? Let me start this music.”

He said, “That’s how I really got into it. And then the more I do it, the more I loved it. I was like, You know what? We should definitely put out an album.”
