Noah Lyles had a fulfilling 2023 season. Both on the tracks and off it. He registered a magic double sprint in the World Athletics Championship in Budapest. After the season concluded, his off-season shenanigans disrupted the internet. Now, the champion has turned a new leaf and has entered a new year with nothing but determination. He has already achieved a new feat and it’s just 2 days into the New Year.

Noah Lyles’ new passion reaching heights
Noah Lyles’ new social media update speaks volumes about his caliber to excel in everything he sets his eyes on. He has shared the very first post of 2024 on his Instagram account and it is safe to say that it’s not ordinary. It featured Noah Lyles in a video in the gym. Lyles is seen deadlifting 286 Lbs, and he has gracefully flaunted it on social media. The caption to this post showcased the happiness of the sprinter. It said, “New Year New Max 286lbs (130kg)”.

Interestingly, the last post of 2023 from Lyles was also about his gym skills. He shared a video of him trying to pull off a deadlift and he does it after some attempts. The caption to this video said, “We grind in the winter”. He broke his record in the gym by pulling off this deadlift at once in his post on the 2nd of January 2024. It seems that he is already set on the path of proving his 2018 tattoo.

The tattoo of the American sprinting sensation
The sprinting king Noah Lyles has always believed in himself from the very start of his career. One of his tattoos is the ideal representation of that. He got a tattoo inked below his left ribcage that reads “ICON” in 2018. The inspiration for this tattoo for him comes from Jaden’s 2017 song, ‘Icon’.
