The 2023 Worlds Athletics have been one of a kind for Sha’Carri Richardson. After the extraordinary championship, the 23-year-old stood atop the podium with three medals dangling around her neck. Amid this staunch achievement, the athlete was also seen celebrating with on-track rival Shericka Jackson. The two icons were spotted a few times applauding each other’s victories and partially hugging each other on the tracks of Budapest.

However, interestingly, after the 23-year-old?s last win at the event, Sha?Carri Richardson was spotted commemorating the win with another track and field star. After clinching her last gold in the 100m relay race, the athlete was seen sharing a heartfelt moment with her race team member, Twanisha Terry. A video of the two was also posted by Sha?Carri Richardson on Instagram.

After her last run at the World Championship, Sha?Carri Richardson celebrated the joyous win with her teammates in a heartfelt video. The 23-year-old sensation reposted a video of post-race moments first shared by Twanisha Terry with the caption, ?”I wouldn’t pick anyone else to grind and go to war with” on her Instagram story. In the video, stoked Richardson was seen running towards Terry and hugging her teammate.

Twanisha Terry had posted a few more photos from the relay race, including a group photo with Gabby Thomas, Tamari Davis, and Sha?Carri Richardson waving the US flag. The athlete had captioned the post, “Letting it marinate..What Drake said… kicked in like a 2x world champ.” This post came after Sha?Carri Richardson joined the forces of Team USA to win her second gold at the event.

Only a few minutes after Noah Lyles secured his third and last win in the 100m relay, Sha?Carri Richardson added one more medal for her team. The athlete was joined by staunch team members Twanisha Terry, Tamari Dawis, and Olympian Gabby Thomas to win the 1000m race with a record-breaking time of 41.03. Richardson, who ran the anchor leg, was able to surpass Shericka Jackson to gain the gold. While team Jamaica had to face another loss by Sha?Carri Richardson and settle for silver by clocking in at 41.21, Great Britain held the last position on the podium with 41.97 seconds.
