The newly crowned champion posted a few iconic moments of his season, including a picture of his win after the last run, showing his three fingers in the air. In the caption, the 26-year-old Lyles added, “And with that, I say goodbye to the 2023 season!”

Further highlighting his three staunch achievements, the athlete added “world’s fastest man in 100 and 200, 2 years undefeated in the 200m, 3x World champion,” accompanied by three checkmark emojis.

Interestingly, this news comes only a few days after Lyles struck his magic in the Wanda Diamond League. In the 11th round of the league held in the Swiss city of Zurich, Noah Lyles stood atop the podium, clocking 19.80 seconds. The second position was also taken by Team USA, as 19-year-old Erriyon Knighton finished the race in 19.87 seconds, while British sprinter Zharnel Hughes finished third in 19.94 seconds.
