He said, “One thing we talked about is we’re a basketball team, we’re not a track team. We’re not running from people.” The controversy started brewing, as social media picked this comment.

Another track and field Olympian, Justyn Knight, criticized the comment made by Udoka. He wrote, “As a Track and Field athlete I do NOT approve this message.”

Surely Udoka didn’t mean it in the wrong way. He was probably trying to propel his team to be fearless. Although, his choice of words gave Twitteratis something to debate upon.
