Sha’Carri Richardson, a track and field team sprinter, gained notoriety during the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics. Richardson, who also happens to be the fourth-fastest woman in American history. She was disqualified from competing in the 100 m in the Olympics after testing positive for marijuana.Why Richardson was facing so much critic
After winning the U.S. Olympic trials in June, Richardson experienced huge success. Unfortunately, she tested positive for a substance found in marijuana shortly after that victory. Her counselors questioned her, and somehow she accepted that she took drugs to cope with her mother’s death.

Elaine Thompson-Herah beats Richardsons in a league in Eugene. Thompson was asked about the rivalry between her and Richardson during the race. For this, Thompson called Richardson, a good athlete, and asked people to let her breathe and perform well.
