Shaun White is enjoying his retirement to the fullest. From Las Vegas to Costa Rica, he has already kicked off his post-retirement travel plans. Not to forget, he is accompanied by his girlfriend, star actress, Nina Dobrev.

The 3-time Olympic champion is considered the best snowboarder in the world. With a record number of X Games win, Shaun White is the most decorated snowboarder in the sport. Notably, White retired after the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022, and has since been ticking things off his bucket list.

But even as he relaxes, the achievements don’t stop. In a recent piece of stellar news, the 35-year old has now been named in the list of presenters at the 94th Academy Awards, 2022.

Shaun White to present at the Oscars 2022

The 94th Annual Academy Awards is scheduled for March 27th, Sunday. This time, the Oscars will witness a full house again. Last year, only a limited number of guests were allowed due to the covid-19 pandemic restrictions.

Notably, the Oscars have gone without an official host since 2018. However, this year the Oscars will be hosted by a trio of 3 women. These are comedians Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer, and actress Regina Hall. This is the second time a trio is hosting the Oscars after 1987.

Producers Will Packer and Shayla Cowan have released the names of presenters at the Academy Awards. American snowboarder Shaun White was also amongst the honorable presenters.

White is among the new names announced as presenters. Tony Hawk is also included in the list of presenters. Other famous names include DJ Khaled, Mila Kunis, Lady Gaga, Naomi Scott, Wesley Snipes, Uma Thurman, and John Travolta.

The Academy Awards will be held at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood. Notably, the previous edition was held at the Los Angeles Union Train Station. Viewers will be able to watch the Oscars live on Sunday at abc.com.

White and Nina’s Costa Rica vacation

For their vacation in Costa Rica, Shaun White and Nina Dobrev stayed at the luxurious Hacienda AltaGracia Auberge Resorts Collection. From horse riding to climbing up trees, the couple had the time of their lives, giving adventure a whole new meaning.

Letting loose, Shaun is now reaping the fruits of his labor. Having worked hard throughout his career, competing at the topmost level for decades together, White is now relaxing, with Hakuna Matata as his motto in life.
