Along the same lines, two competing teams have made it to the Round 2 of the NCAA, showcasing prowess on volleyball turf. But, only one among TCU and Arkansas Volleyball teams will get the chance to compete in the top 16.

TCU vs. Arkansas

In a recent showdown, team Arkansas entered the volleyball turf to compete against the TCU’s volleyball team. Soon after entering the volleyball court, Arkansas made it difficult for the opponent team to survive. The recent tweet by Razorback Volleyball was captioned, “GIVE EM HELL, HOGS! Sweet 16 here we come!

In the first set of the showdown, team Arkansas portrayed dominance while securing 25-18. The following set was a cut-throat competition as both the teams featured almost equal scores on the board. But, again, Arkansas clinched another set with 27-25. In the following set match took an unexpected turn as TCU won the third set of the match 25-23.

However, in the last set of the match, TCU was defeated. Eventually, Arkansas concluded today’s match with a remarkable 25-20 score. While team TCU is eliminated from the NCAA Tournament this season, Arkansas has made it to the top 8 teams with 3-1. The major reason behind Arkansas’s success is its remarkable players.

Standout Players at NCAA Round 3

In the recent showdown, Arkansas could emerge victorious with the help of its key players. While Maggie Cartwright scored 17.5 points with a .350 hitting percentage, Taylor Head contributed 22 individual points to the team’s total. In addition to this, Jillian Gillen supported the team by scoring 16 individual points with a .238 hitting percentage.
