The Nebraska Huskers won the game with scores of 25-14, 25-19, and 25-21. Interestingly, apart from the first set dip Mizzou faced, it still managed to put up identical stats on the scoreboard. Creating an insurmountable roadblock for the Tigers

In fact, their offense got so weak that they could only manage a hit rate of 0.089 throughout the match. While Missouri tried to recover from the offensive arrest it was in, it was too late by the time they found their rhythm. Thus, even their final set performance, where they diligently scored 18 kills, fell short of both a victory and recognition.
