Spencer Lee shares the pros and cons of social media

Lee said in the clip, “ Stay away from social media. I know it’s a little too hard, and in today’s era, social media might help you…but I also agree with the commentaries. You should stay away from it, you know, a little bit. You shouldn’t be reading things you shouldn’t be like going through comments. All it’s gonna do is weigh on you mentally, and it’s just not what you wanna do where you wanna be; you wanna be as focused as possible.”

This interview, which was held recently, is in line with the shocking revelation of Senior National Qualifiers this year. The primary reason for shock waves in the wrestling world is that, despite having qualified for upcoming Olympic qualifiers, Spencer will compete in the Senior National Qualifiers.
