The tweet carried an image that said, “Penn State has won 10 of the last 12 National Championships.” The image displayed several members of Penn State University’s wrestlers along with a picture of the entire team. While a multitude of universities have been making the news for grand victories in duals, the tweet shed light on entire season wipeouts.

Adding further nuance, the tweet’s caption revealed the winners of NCAA championships in the last 12 years. Interestingly, NLWC pulled off a couple of four-peats in their 12-year reign as well. Penn State’s David Taylor had recently made quite a claim regarding the Olympics several days ago. However, this tweet comes up as another backing testament to his claim.
