Tony was rather taken aback when he first laid eyes on the surfer. O’Brien and Tina both high-fived the little admirer, and Tina questioned him about the waves.  While Tony wiped out on the first wave while surfing with the Internet star, the following wave washed out O’Brien as well. The surfer also left a comment saying, “I decided to surprise a fellow young surfer for his 13th birthday! He was psyched, we were psyched, and we scored some fun waves!”
