Just when Inter Miami fans end up losing faith, fate has its own way to bring a smile back on their faces. Since the beginning of this month, Lionel Messi has given a major scare to his ardent supporters after he was forced off the pitch due to injury. It only saw Javier Mascherano and Co. play without him. But the good news is that he is finally back!

The past few days have been quite tough on the Herons, who endured a poor 4-1 defeat to Orlando City in their regular-season MLS away fixture. It has been quite a hectic schedule for the Herons, who, aside from their regular MLS season, also handle the ongoing Leagues Cup tournament, currently lined up to contest in the quarterfinals.

Messi spent several days training separately to regain fitness before rejoining the main group, where he was seen chatting with longtime friend Luis Suárez before training together. His return is a positive sign for Inter Miami ahead of their match against LA Galaxy. However, Rodrigo De Paul was absent from the session, raising concerns given his key role in midfield.
